Direct Debit Request Service Agreement
  1. The customer will be advised 14 days in advance of any changes to the Direct debit arrangements

  2. For all matters relating to the Direct Debit arrangements, the Customer will need to:
    • Call our office on (08) 8252 6900
      And/or
    • Visit our office between the hours of 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
      And/or
    • Write to Cash Australia(INT) Pty Ltd PO Box 3527, Port Adelaide S.A. 5015
      And
    • Allow 7 days for any agreed alterations to take effect.

  3. The customer should be aware that:
    • Direct debiting through BECS is not available on all accounts and,
    • Account details should be checked against a recent statement from its Financial Institution.
      If you are in any doubt, you should check with your financial Institution before completing the drawing authority.

  4. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient cleared funds are in the nominated debiting account when the payments are to be drawn.

  5. If the due date falls on a non-working day or public holiday, the payment will be processed on the next working day. If the customer is in any doubt please refer to the contact arrangements in point 2 above.

  6. For returned unpaid transactions, the following will apply:
    • The entire unpaid balance of the Personal Cash Advance and Service Fee will become due and payable in full on the next working day.
    • Cash Australia shall, at their sole discretion attempt to collect via direct debit, unpaid payments and charges after the agreed due date.
    • All bank charges and fees resulting from a returned unpaid transaction will be payable by the Customer.
    • If necessary, debt collection services will be used and the cost of such services will be borne by the Customer.

  7. All Customer records and account details will be kept private and confidential, to be disclosed only at the request of the customer or Financial Institution in connection with a claim made or an alleged incorrect or wrongful debit.

  • if you have re-newed your annual membership with CashOz you must also complete this DDR form and fax or mail it to Cash Australia
